Proof Policy: Final design is ultimately limited by Uglie Butterfly. Your communication and collaboration throughout the process will ensure that you are happy with the final product(s)!
That being said we have a few policies to ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible

We will send a proof based on the provided description to your email. You can either approve the design or request revisions up to two times.

Once we receive approval of the design, we will send the total and a payment link for the custom piece.

After payment is confirmed, we will begin production. The product will be shipped out 2-3 weeks from payment date. (Time varies based on design)
A $20 Deposit is required to place a custom order, which will go toward the final amount!
